BSA Rear Mudguard

I am looking for a rear mudguard for a 1955 plunger B33 and wondered if there is any difference between that and an M22 rigid.
Or if anyone out there has a spare BSA B33 mudguard for sale, I do have a new repro front mudguard for an M20 to trade, (not Indian) if necessary.
Many thanks, TTJohn

Re: BSA Rear Mudguard

Hi John...The B33 plunger mudguards were hinged instead of having a 'drop off' rear section for wheel removal. Also the brackets on the mudguard for the stays are different...The rigid mudguard had three stays on each side but the plunger one used heavier 'L' shaped one piece stays with only two attachment points on each side. Rigid B33 back mudguards are narrower than the M series ones and I think the plunger versions also like that, though I might be wrong on that one....Ian

Re: BSA Rear Mudguard

Ian. Thanks for your help, I know that the brackets are different, the L shape ones and I have those, its the basic mudguard that I'm really after and wondered if an M20 one would fit.
Kind regards.
