I've just done a con rod kit for an M20/M21, I've cleaned up a good genuine crankpin , honed out the rod race to accept the 0.001" oversize bearings, blasted the conrod, machined up a new small end bush. Ready to fit. Cost is £70 plus postage, please PM me if you want it as it will be on fleabay tomorrow evening
