hi,well not quite,has anyone got a decrepid, rusty,dented,scrawped,holed or othewise knackered silencer they would like to donate to me for the purpose of disection.
i need to look inside to determine the baffle arrangements,
i have a large quantity of appropriatly sized tubing doing nothing,so was thinking of making some silencers for the use of
if they deem practical,i will try some in stainless steel and have them blasted as need be
the reward for the donor will be a prototype F.O.C
to run in at thier leisure
i will also pay the postage for its delivery to me
or i can collect from stafford on the 15th oct

The inside of a WM20 exhaust is different.
Most of the body is empty and hollow, except for 2 perforated pieces of metal, about 8 inches long
Which positioned diagonally across the inlet side of the silencer, in order to break the stroke of incoming gas.
At least this was the arrangement in the ones I saw. I think that was the original setup for WM20.
I have an old original muffler with he tail end rusted out on the bottom, you can have it if you want. Or I could cut it apart and take pictures and measurements, would save a lot on postage. I'm in Canada so postage could be pricey..
