Rear Brake Hub teeth spare ring

Anyone know by whom these were provided? This one has a "M" stamped on one side. It has 42 teeth and seems the fit the BSA WM20 models.%%htmlItem_1%%

I have a few of these, these came from the Dutch AA who used M20 for many years.
