petrol tank cap washer

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for the following parts, or info to make my own:

Petrol Tank Filler Cap Washer 66-8360
Oil Tank Filler Cap Washer 66-8361
Knee Grip Plate Screw EA-76
Oil Filter Top Cap 66-8358
(yes, I know there is a drawing in the tech section. I want a real one as I don't have a lathe.

I usually make mine by getting a piece of tube of the correct outside diameter, and another tube of the correct inside diameter, sharpen them on a grinder or in the lathe to form a cutting edge, weld the inner diameter one to a piece of plate, then carefully space them with bolts or something (one inside the other) and then weld the outer diameter tube to the plate too, drill a 1/2" hole about 3/16" from the cutting edge to push out the gasket and press them in a press or hit them with a hammer on the end grain of a block of wood, then you have a special tool to make loads of them accurately.
I don't know the size off hand, but I'm sure someone on here will tell you
