Looking for help - BSA A65

Dear all,
Does someone know a site that can help me with the restoration of an A65 electrical system? Any link or site that deals with these modern bikes? Thank you in advance – Michael.

Hi Michael..the Triumph T140 and Norton Commando run essentially the same system and you might find something more easily for them..Obtaining a wiring diagram is easy enough..they are in the workshop manual for that model, along with descriptions of the system functions..Ian

Re: Looking for help - BSA A65

Buy a new, British-Made reproduction wiring harness. It's all color-coded to the original wiring diagram, and it's just a matter of connecting one wire at a time to the points indicated in the diagram. A new harness, with clean, tight connections will make for a reliable,well-running machine. Use plenty of cable ties,too-secure the wires well so that there is no chance of them flopping around or getting rubbed through.
