I have tabs on my toolbox (a crusty original bought about 5 years ago, the tabs are pretty crudely made and not at all pretty but they're staying put ).
What's the P for on the licence plates in that photo, Henk?

Wow, I like that padlock hasp- you could fit a piece of leather or canvas over the tongue to avoid the lock beating the paint off the toolbox. mine has 2 pieces of bent angle iron. Not quite so elegant.

P is for Phantom, a unit in which David Niven served during the war.
I had a few toolboxes like this on one I even removed the hasp. At Beaulieu I found a 1940 dated padlock minus it's key, anybody knowledgeable enough to know how to make or find a key that fits?
