i have rebuilt a 1952 b31 engine bore out to 400cc will not say how long it has taken when i kick it over all i get is a couple firings but it will not run tried all settings also i run out of puff after 10 minutes of kicking

Too retarded, try advancing the timing. With spark and fuel it should run. Maybe once you.ve flooded it the plug is kaput!Try another one.
