Off topic - bsa slopet & pre war triumph single

Hi boys & girls

I will begin to prepare fir sale a number of parts for sale later this week

I will offer to forum members first before fleabay

I havent documented them all yet but have some to hand
2 x 4 speed sloper gearboxes
1x bsa front hub & brake plate with speedo drive (pre '40 ?)
Triumph tiger 80/3h barrels, head, cranks, big ends, fly wheels crankcases new pistons inc a slipper piston i think
2 x horseshoe magnetos
1 x eic (might be a twin chain driven with adv unit)
1 x bth no advance mechanism
Model 50 norton bottom end, no timing gears (1956 i think)
Bsa a10 60w dynamo ?

I need to photo these, catalogue & price them

In the meantime, let me know if you are interested & when ready i can let you know more
details

Hello John,

If the "speedo drive" is 2:1 ratio and suitable for a WM20 (Clockwise rotation when assembled on front left) I would be interested. (I actually need the drive, but if it only comes as assembly, would also be OK)

Noam I think what John has is the brake plate only with the hole for the speedo drive. Pre 1940.
Are you looking for a standard M20 speedo drive?

You are right ron, its the plate, complete i think, but not a speedo drive

Yes, I am looking for the drive, or even a correct worm wheel.
I could only come across the anti clockwise type..

Would be great if someone has one or even 2 for sale.
(I am missing it for 2 WM20's, one is 41' and one is 45')
