Knobbly Tyres

I had a look through the archive on this subject but cant seem to find an definative answer.

Im looking for some nice - but not overpriced knobbly tyres for the bike.

I'd quite like the original dunlop universal 'style' (or close) I heard there are a few similar tyres around but can seem to track them down.

Can anyone reccommend?

Re: Knobbly Tyres

Hi Andy, yes, Ian has it spot on, I think they are down at Bealieau as I bought mine when they had a stand at Netley Marsh. These are the ensign ones on mine, road legal and rated I think to 87mph, so just inside the capabilities of the M20 Hee Hee

Hi Andy, yes they are 3.50 x 19, certainly a snug fit, regards, Ian.

Re: Knobbly Tyres

Give Mitas tyres a look.

Re: Knobbly Tyres

I opted for the Ensign tyres from Vintage tyres, they fit fine look great and spot on if you fancy a bit of off roading.
