Does anyone recognize this mudguard? it was fitted to a 16H Norton.











It has a very wide rib, and an outside mounting bracket.

Odd that it doesn't have a detachable section for rear wheel removal?

would it come from a swinging arm model as if you put a small plank under the centre stand you get the clearance to remove the wheel

Thanks a lot for identifying this and the wheel!, odd that both the mudguard and the wheel are Ariel, and they came from 2 totally different places!

Both items are for sale, as I have no use for them.

No problem Lex. The rear wheel removal on post '51 rigid and plungers did get a bit awkward, you were supposed to hinge the whole guard from the mount under the seat. This sort of works, until you has a dual seat, then it is great fun!
