I love that picture with the nuns. That's what I was thinking, we should have an army of women go after them. so they think if they kill certain people and children they will go to heaven and if they get killed by a woman they go to hell? what kind of religion is that?

Here's a strategy - women warriors with bullets dipped in hog fat. They also believe if they come in contact with pork they will go to hell.

Another idea - these women could call themselves HOWW - the "Hog-Wild" Warriors"

Heidi, you ARE correct, re: the 72 virgins. I was, however, thinking 72, when I typed that number...for which I accidentally made a typo mistake. You know--I was thinking 72, but typed 27 instead.

It is known to happen when you've reached that certain age, and your mind starts to go. And I'm pushing 68, come this December. I surely hope 'n' pray that we're gone by then...and that we'll all have our minds fully restored in our new bodies, when we're Raptured.

Did anyone listen to Betty Hutton singing 'You Can't Get A Man With A Gun"? The song is not about going after the enemy but a beau; however, she looks like the kind of gal that would send a jihadi skedaddlin'. Hilarious song too.

I did, T/Sue, listen to Betty (as Annie Oakley) singing--"You Can't Get A Man With A Gun". Infact, TCM aired the film for which she sang that song in, not too long ago. I thought that she was fantastic!!! What an outstanding actress-singer she was too!?! I loved her as, Annie Oakley!!!
It's too bad that I unintentionally forgot the film's title.

Julie, I am glad you like the joke. When my friend told it to me a few years ago, I thought she used the name "Julie" or at least a similar name. I was thinking of changing the name because that is your name but I kept it the way I remembered.

You can do an online search for jokes, there is so much out there, but what I do is I type the word "clean" because there is so much dirty stuff out there so I want to make sure I only read clean jokes.

Now on a serious note, did anyone of you think, that we will be the one's returning with Jesus, to fight the battle at Armageddon; a real battle. Jesus leading us...WOW, that will be awesome. Nothing can hurt or kill us, supernatural powers, riding on horses...I love the scenario already. We won't need frying pans, pigs, or shotguns.
Our weapons will give a fatal blow to the enemy and with Jesus we will be victorious.

That is awesome. Looking forward to it.

We won't be doing any actual fighting, though, will we? Jesus will be doing it all; we'll just watch. And He'll kill His enemies simply by speaking.

Kathy, The Saints return to do battle at Armageddon, along with Jesus at the Helm.
Therefore, I can not see Jesus doing battle alone, then why would He need His army from Heaven. Not only do the Raptured Saints return for battle, but also Jesus will set up His Kingdom here on Earth, with Saints appointed to certain positions, on Earth, to be obedient to the Lord. Therefore, we come to fight against Satan & evil doers, and I have no problem, to fight for Jesus; LET YOUR WILL BE DONE LORD, NOT MY OWN.
