There is a HARVEST moon tonight also called a super moon. I just went to look and it is very bright. Could tonight be THE Harvest - the Rapture of the church? Wouldn't that be great!

As much as I would LOVE for the Lord to come for us tonight, I still am looking at the Feast of Trumpets this year as our gathering up to be with the Lord. I'm thinking of Psalm 81:3, which says:

Blow the trumpet at the time of the New Moon,
At the full moon, on our solemn feast day.

I see trumpet, new moon, and feast day. All symbols of the Feast of Trumpets!!

BTW, I was impressed by your testimony. Thank you for sharing it with us! Wow, 50 years of being a watcher. That is amazing. And I would imagine that the signs have not been as obvious as they are now for our time of departure, huh?

Oh, and thank you for posting those classic songs. That was a blast from the past! I sure did love the old songs and the old movies, didn't you? Things were just much more pure back then.

At the full moon too, Lisaleenie! Wouldn't it be wonderful to have the trumpet blown at THIS full moon?

Oh, yes, that would be the BEST! I was just thinking about the feast days when the ram's horn is officially blown. The Feast Of Trumpets is the "last trump" in 1 Corinthians 15:52, which talks about the dead rising in Christ, so that's where I'm coming from.

"In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

I saw the new FULL HARVEST MOON, just before it was completey covered over by our storm clouds!!!

Then it seemed that all hell broke loose, as the combo Monsoon & downgraded Hurricane Norbert let loose with a very heavy downpour of rain on us Lake Havasuans. Sometimes, we were lucky, for it seemed as the storms skirted around us.

We got it twice!!!

Tammy, you escaped the worst of it. Also, thanks for posting Elliot's piece from 5 Doves. I haven't read it yet but will later. The next blood moon is close coming up on October 8th.

Lisaleenie, don't you just love those wonderful tunes of better days? When I listen to something like that it just takes me back to happier, sweeter times. Makes what is happening all around us seem so surreal, like a continuing nightmare. You keep hoping you'll wake up and it will be over.

So sad that we didn't get our exit call during the Supermoon but it is coming and we will not be here much longer. I also hold out great hope for this Rosh Hoshanna. The earlier spring feasts/moeds were all fulfilled by Jesus at Passover/Unleavened Bread/First Fruits/and the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. It only is reasonable to expect that the next moed of RH will be fulfilled in a major way by Jesus also. I think it will be combo of the rapture-beginning of trib at same time. I think (my opinon only based on what I have read) that Jesus' second coming at the end of Armaggedon will be on Yom Kippur and the beginning of Tabernacles will be the beginning of the 1,000 year reign of Christ. Just my 2 cents for what its worth.
