The verse in Isaiah 18:2 brings up a nation peeled and scattered. The proposed peace framework would "peel" Israel on both sides, the Gaza next to the Med.Sea, and on the other side they would lose land over the Jordan and holy site areas, "peeled" like a banana, or "peeled" which also is fitting because of a British Lord Peel who was involved in the "Peel Commission".

This "peeling" maybe has something to do with the grafting back in that Pastor talked about. The Peel plan did not happen, but it brought up the beginnings of agreeing the land would be divided. This idea has continued to today.
God is so wise and good. He has it figured out. He planned out the cost and ways and means for salvation before the world began. Thank you God. I hope that You send Jesus for us soon.

Finally, the 1936–39 Arab revolt in Palestine led the British to create the Peel Commission, which produced the first concrete suggestion for an Arab state. The Commission's report published in 1937 called for a small Jewish state in the Galilee and maritime strip, a British enclave stretching from Jerusalem to Yafo and an Arab state covering the rest.[8] The plan also called for a large population transfer. Jewish leaders accepted the plan, while Arab leaders rejected it and the two subsequent proposals offered by the Peel Commission.

The 1937 Peel Commission proposal. A British Royal Commission led by Lord Peel examined the Palestine question beginning late in 1936. Its report, published in July 1937, recommended the creation of a small Jewish state in a region less than 1/5 of the total area of Palestine. The remainder was to be joined to Transjordan except for some parts, including Jerusalem, that would remain under British control. The Arab population in the Jewish areas was to be removed, by force if necessary, and vice versa, although this would mean the movement of far more Arabs than Jews. The Zionist leaders accepted the proposal, while the Arab leadership rejected the proposal outright. [/quote]
