1 Thessalonians 4:15-18

Just posting as an FYI. This M-1 class flare is typical, nothing out of the ordinary.
However, 2013 was supposed to be a year of 'solar max,' or high activity. Instead, activity has been much lower overall than expected.
Scientists have been expecting an increase in flares & today, there are 2 active regions on the Earth-facing side of the Sun. One area has just produced an M-class flare, while another holds a possibility (15%) for X-class flares. Click HERE for info about flare categories.
Again, this post is only to raise awareness, as God's Word does exhort us
to watch for signs in the sun, moon & stars. Let's keep looking up, y'all (without looking directly into the sun, of course!) 
Soon after the flare, the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory recorded a faint CME emerging from the blast site. Based on the approximate speed of the expanding cloud, between 600 km/s and 800 km/s, it will probably reach Earth on Oct. 15-16. Polar geomagnetic storms are possible when the CME arrives.[/quote]
