A friend who lives out West wrote me:

We just got back from Wal-Mart. There was NO PRODUCE at
all there. They said it was because of the Colorado floods. No
lettuce, no fruit, no potatoes. No staples. Period. No orange
juice, butter, bananas, frozen fruit, etc. HALF the STORE
SHELVES were completely EMPTY. We had a small list, but
then was only able to get about half of it (and little of that was
actual food).

I wrote her back:

It is ALL coming to pass. I was in Jackson, MS, yesterday and
needed to get my driver's license renewed. I took a number
and was seated in an area which showed on a screen which
booths were available for different uses: driver's license
renewals, etc. and noticed the words HOMELAND SECURITY. It
felt strange almost robotic like some sci-fi movie. The way people
deal with people today also just seems like they've just GIVEN UP
and there is a DEADNESS in people's actions like, JUST TELL ME
WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway............

When you take "revelation of the Holy Spirit" AWAY FROM THE
CHURCHES, you have the SAME "TYPE" DEADNESS!!! People
just going through their rote ritualistic lives and showing up in
their "social club" churches.

As John Kerry and this "dead" administration tries to put their
good, "lifeless", spin on everything regarding the Middle East
and Israel - a friend sent me an article relating this to the FLOODS
OF BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS IN COLORADO!!!!!!!!!

HOPEFULLY during this period of Tabernacles we are found
inside of "His" tabernacle!!!!

Psalm 27 (NKJV)
4 One thing I have desired of the Lord,
That will I seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord
All the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the Lord,
And to inquire in His temple.
5 For in the time of trouble
He shall hide me in His pavilion;

Amen Calvin. all is vanity outside of what is from the Lord.
Solomon figured that out.
That death and lifelessness of how people behave towards one another comes from the heart, it comes from an unrefreshed weariness, unhealed rawness come from the obstacles of life.
God created the sabbath for man, Jesus taught us, not man for the sabbath. God is God. He could have kept creating, but He created sabbath space for Himself and man to be together at rest. He knew that it was not good for man to be alone or to not have time with Himself.
Tabernacles is such a time, making time to invite God to dwell with us and us with Him.
Come quickly Lord Jesus. We want to tabernacle with You, only instead of a temporary structure for a week, instead of one day a week, we want to dwell with You forever.
