Iran is threatening to launch a massive missile strike against Israel if the United States attacks Syria for using chemical weapons against its own people, which could touch off a full-blown war in the region.

“The day of reckoning is near,” according to Hossein Shariatmadari, the chief editor of Keyhan newspaper, an outlet controlled by Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

I'm not too worried about Israel, b/c God already has placed a protective dome over the 'Apple of His Eye.' Check out the Tim LaHaye-Jerry B. Jenkins Left Behind: The Movie!!!

Hence therefore--Pastor J.D. Faraq's Psalm 83-Ezekiel 38 matching pair of prophetic bookends 08.25.2013 M-E Prophecy Update scenario. In Ezekiel 38:5 Persia (Iran) is most definitely mentioned!

I will, however, keep on praying for the peace & blessing over all of Jerusalem, Israel, though...as well as for PM Benjamin (Bibi) Netanyahu, too.

Yes, Benjamin Netanyahu most definitely needs our prayers. And so does Israel itself.

I think we should remember to keep in our prayers the whole of the Middle East, as there are Jews & Christians alike nearby neighbors, who are in danger. I know that some who post here may have family in the middle east as well...I know of at least one person who actually does and is worried for their safety.

Let us remember as we watch with great expectation and joy for the coming for the Lord for us; there is a lot of sadness and sorrow for others, whom live in that region of the world. Please remember to have empathy and compassion for those through no fault of their own, will suffer and die in that part of the world, especially children, whom are frighten and are in great distress now, through the horrific acts happing in Syria as well as surrounding countries.

Pray for Israel, and all of the Middle East, for God loves His children throughout the world, and He longs that non would perish, but that all would be saved.

Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy, Lord have mercy on all your children in the middles east and throughout the earth, in Jesus name I pray. Amen!
