1 Thessalonians 4:15-18
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing .
The other day, I happen to be watching a program on the Syfy Channel which is titled--Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files on TV.
One of their assignments took them to the Queen Mary, which is docked permanently down in Long Beach, CA. For this guy (possibly a crew member/or visitor) had sighted an alleged ghostly sighting onboard the ship. Which is why this team went there to check the ship out.
They also, just for the hick of it, to check out the swimming pool deck's dressingroom area for possible ghostly sightings. One member of the team happen to be sitting down on the floor of the corridor between the row of dressingrooms. When his fellow team members, which were out on the poolside deck happen to catch a pair of glowing eyes moving slowly to their fellow team member in the dressingroom area. As the glowing eyes got closer to him, you could actually make out the body of which those glowing eyes were attached to. As it turned out, that those glowing eyes belonged to a wily Raccoon!
Which makes me wonder how 'n' where did those Raccoon(s) (there was another such coon spotted) climb onboard QM
Especially since where she is permanently docked is a very busy area...what with vehicler activing coming 'n' going. Also, the Carnival Cruise Line's Passenger Terminal is housed in that Dome (which was the former home of Howard Hughes' Spruce Goose).
So therefore--to those of you whom may have visited the Queen Mary, the Spruce Goose or that Soviet Submarine, the Scorpion, which is docked off of the Queen's portside bow, might have a clue??? If so--for it certainly has me totally baffled!?!

P.S. Oh!!! I forgot to mention that to board Queen Mary, there are actually three gangways for which the doors to her are never closed...for she is a floating hotel.
