Received an email from a Sister in Christ, reads as follows:

AUG 4th: Al Qaeda to Celebrate Obama's B.D; 'Game Changer' Update‏

When Bryant received a "Game Changer" warning from the Lord on 03-07-13, concerning a potential for some sort of destructive event in Washington, DC, on August 4th, it never dawned on me that one potential significance of that date is that it is Obama's birthday! Now we have embassies closing temporarily over an Al-Qaeda threat over the weekend of Obama's birthday. It doesn't make sense in light of this latest headline:

Whatever the case, in spite of the seeming confusion over whether Obama is liked or disliked by Islamic radicals, I doubt there will be any problem in Washington, DC, because many of you interceded in prayer and I trust God has answered our prayers. To all of you who prayed a BIG thank you! ;)

Al Qaeda to Celebrate Obama’s Birthday

With Aug 4 being Obama’s birthday, it is interesting that Al Qaeda has threats out there that are closing our embassies around the world on that very day. If they wanted to do something to celebrate Obama’s birthday, hitting the golf course might have been more appropriate.

The Al Qaeda threat that prompted the State Department to issue a worldwide travel alert and close down 21 embassies and consulates for the weekend is serious and ‘very specific,’ Rep. Peter King, chairman of the Subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, said Friday.

“We’re not certain exactly where something might happen but it’s very specific as to when and it’s also very specific as to the fact that it is going to happen, so we have to be on alert everywhere,” the New York Republican told WINS-AM.

The travel alert was the first of its kind since an announcement preceding the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It came as Washington prepared to close its embassies and consulates throughout the Muslim world this Sunday over security concerns.

U.S. officials have not offered many details on the nature of the threat, but apparently are taking it seriously.
