For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing .
Russia is referred to as the Bear in Daniel chapter 7:5 and Revelation chapter 13:1,2. Has the Bear(Russia) been hibernating or sleeping this past Winter? Yes and I even think that could be a clue that God gave to the watchers. Bears hibernate but then they wake up and look for food. They are hungry. That is why I believe the Bible says,"To take a spoil, and to take a prey"..... Ezekiel 38:12. Did God stop Russia from invading Israel in the Winter? Of course because it was physically impossible for them to invade Israel with all that snow. Did God give us a clue? Only time will tell.
Don't be fooled by the stock market going up because the world is on the brink of economic collapse.Europe shows every sign of an economic system that is about to fall. It might only take two weeks before it comes to America. Countries have gone bankrupt and Cyprus is pretty much out of money with a horrible banking crisis. This is leading up to Revelation chapter six which is the beginning of the seven year tribulation period. A collapse is a complete breakdown which according to the Bible will include a worldwide famine.
The Rapture takes place in Revelation chapter four. The word Church is used nineteen times before Revelation chapter four but it is never used again after chapter four. Revelation six through nineteen describe the 7 year tribulation period. True born again Christians are raptured before the real economic collapse because this is a judgement from God. As you can see many things have got to happen but the average person I talk to claims they don't know anything about this subject.
Maybe if you are reading this article you will start to see the importance of what I am talking about for the purpose of getting right with Jesus Christ. After all, that is what this whole thing is all about. I would not even write an article if this situation was all about fear. Why would I even waste my time? There is hope in Jesus Christ. Salvation is only through Jesus Christ. Any thinking person can see that there is nothing in this world that can save you especially as one reads the book of Revelation. Everything falls apart.
When I say I believe in the discipline of being ready at any moment, just read Luke chapter 12, especially from verse 35 to the end of the chapter. If this chapter does not prod us to be ready at any moment with the proper holy fear for God and the return of His Son Jesus Christ then something is wrong somewhere. We need to be ready at any moment. This is our responsibility before God as faithful servents.
All true Believers in Jesus Christ will be Raptured when the trumpet sounds and they will go to Heaven. What I just said is not a small truth but if you were to listen to most people it is a small thing. No it is not and I did not even mention the real and horrible Hell that is going to come on Planet Earth after the Rapture because there are more than four seals. There are twenty one judgements. This is found in Revelation chapters six to nineteen. There are also seven Thunders that God refuses to talk about in Revelation chapter 10:4.
This is not trivial. Sometimes I don't even get a response when I talk to other people about this issue. We have to stop listening to people that say big is small and small is big.The Holy Spirit talks about this so many different times in the Bible for this to be small. We should be ready at any moment. This is not much to ask for something so big.
I will confess that throughout the years I jumped back and forth because both feast days (Pentecost and Rosh Hashanah) have overtones of the Church and the Rapture.
What made this so difficult were theologians that really knew the Bible were putting on an incredible case for a Rosh Hashanah Rapture. Some could stand on their heads and preach or teach on the subject but Jesus had to personally stop me and speak to my spirit about this subject. I was gettng very confused.
The Rapture more than likely is not going to happen on Rosh Hashanah. First of all the fulfillment would not be symmetrical. The first three feast days were fulfilled within days so the last three feast days will also have to be fulfilled within days. If the Rapture were to happen on Rosh Hashanah then a seven year gap would take place finally getting to Yom Kippur. That is not symmetrical. If you believe in a Rosh Hashanah Rapture you would literally have to convert over to the post tribulation position, yet this feast day speaks a story of the pre-tribulation Rapture in the Jewish wedding.
Pentecost stands out because it is in the middle. It is the Servant Candle feast day.In its' own way it stands alone and does not have to match the pattern of the other feast days.
If the Rapture does happen right around Pentecost, then this to me speaks of a pre-tribulation Rapture. The Church started on Pentecost and perhaps it will end on or around this feast day. Then a new Dispensation will start.
I think it is also interesting that a friend of mine had a vision of the Rapture and could tell that the sky was a "May sky."I asked,"Are you sure it was not June" and he said "No it was May."That conversation was about five years ago.
I see it this way. The period of time in the Spring seems more like a Rapture than the Fall. Jesus "Rose" from the dead in the Spring. Jesus "Ascended" in the Spring. As of the posting of this article we are right around this whole time frame. This is just another reason why I would be ready at any moment.
This is something to think about regarding our Blessed Hope. The world has four seasons of the year. In the Fall everything is in the dying process. Some people did make the point that Fall is the maturity process. This is true but it is maturity right before the dying takes place (Winter). The Rapture is life, rising up into the new and resurrection. Our Blessed Hope in Jesus Christ (Rapture) has nothing to do with death. It has everything to do with life. In the Winter everything is dead. In the summer the heat almost feels like a curse. Did you ever hear the statement,"The dog days of Summer?" In the Spring there is a new birth,a rising of life begins to form. For example flowers start to grow. At the very least Spring seems to be the time for the Rapture. Of course everybody would not agree with me on this issue but no other season seems to fit this event.
I need to be clear on something. If Jesus wants to come in the Fall,Winter or Summer then I am all for it because that would be the plan and will of God. Nobody for the most part thought that God would pull the prophetic time clock back but according to a couple of visions He did just that because God was not ready to give the command to Jesus to return. For those that do not believe this could happen then all I can say is you may want to read the book of Jonah. Just because we believe something does not mean God will implement His action that way.
There is a time and a place for everything and I personally can not see the Autumn being the time for the Rapture but I could be wrong. Of course I can't prove any of this because I am in the opinion area but I can put on a pretty good case.
Even if you believe that the last three feast days were already fulfilled, Jesus being born on Rosh Hashanah, Jesus becoming our High Priest fulfilling Yom Kippur and Jesus "Tabernacking" or dwelling with people fulfilling the feast of Tabernacles, then any reasonable person would still have to come to the conclusion that Pentecost still stands alone waiting to be completly fulfilled in and through Jesus Christ. Why, because even in this scenario Pentecost has only been partially fulfilled waiting for its' complete fulfillment in Jesus Christ. Any way a person looks at this, Pentecost is the Servent Candle waiting to bring all true Believers in Jesus Christ together. Could this event be the Rapture? Only time will tell.
May 14th 2013 is the sixty-fifth birthday of Israel and this year it is right around Pentecost. A few people have gone to great lengths to show that this could be the third day of God. I am not an expert on that subject in any way but how many times has Hosea 6:2 been quoted to us throughout the years? "After two days will He revive us; in the third day He will raise us up,and we shall live in His sight."
Well I did a little research. To the best of my knowledge the number three is not connected with Rosh Hashannah but it is related to Pentecost.
(1) The newly born Church started on Pentecost in Acts chapter 2-----------Pentecost.
(2)The Church Age( Dispensation of Grace) will end when the Holy Spirit is taken out of the way. 2nd Thes.2:7-----------Pentecost? Notice I put a ?
(3)Jesus Christ will Rapture His Church. This ends the Church age and happens in connection with the Holy Spirit being taken away-----------Pentecost ?Once again I used a ?
Notice this whole transaction is three fold. The biblical number fourteen means salvation but it is always used in connection with the biblical number 3 (Rapture and Resurrection). What good is salvation without the Rapture and Resurrection of our bodies? These three fulfillments might have to take place right around Pentecost. Only one has been fulfilled which was when the Church started in Acts chapter 2. This feast day could be three fold (Salvation,Rapture and Resurrection). This is why I believe Jesus Christ has yet to completely fulfill this feast day for His Church.
I still have questions and they have not been answered regarding this feast day subject. God Bless you and who knows we may be seeing each other really soon. Just make sure you have accepted Jesus into your heart as your Savior and Lord and live for Him as we watch for His return every day.
This is not the time to be fooling around with God. This is not the time to be fooling around with sin. If we have a problem with either of the two we need to make time and have some really long talks with God to get right with Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit. The time is short and the purpose of this article is to give facts but even more so to do whatever it takes to walk close to Jesus Christ and watch for His return daily. Tell other people that the time is short and they need to get right with God. I can not stress this enough---the world is running out of time as we know it and we need to get right with Jesus Christ.
Why are we running out of time? If I were to list all of the reasons then this article would be another ten pages.
This is where I would recommend some sound Rapture web sites or good prophecy teachers to see how fast the posts are going up daily to show us that we are seconds away from the Rapture and the seven year Tribulation.
A couple of years ago some really good posts would go up every three months. Now five to ten different posts about how close we really are show up on good web sites every day.I can not even keep up with the speed of prophetic knowledge that is coming on the computer daily. If I write an article I have to ask people in the know every day if something new happened. The speed of prophetic knowledge was not moving that fast a few years ago.
I am not even saying the Rapture will happen in 2013 but I thank God that I understand the basic theme. We are close. If God wants to hold this whole prophetic scenero to the year 2014 He can but I see a prophetic tidal wave coming now. Prophetic events are coming together like I have never seen before behind the scenes and on the front page. There is even word that there could be a worldwide financial crash right around June of this year. I have heard this said on a couple of occusions on the internet enough to perhaps believe this issue could be true. I don't know but if it is then that will probably be the third seal in the book of Revelation.
The few sources that are saying this or implying this scenero don't seem to be Christians which in my opinion makes the words a little more believable. It is vague who they are but they seem to be secular and have no prophetic outline in their minds. They can be some of the best sources because they are just saying what they heard with no prophetic agenda. Only time will tell. I'm sorry to keep saying,"Only time will tell" but once again I am not writing this article to predict anything.
At the risk of repeating myself the Church is raptured in Revelation chapter four. The third seal is in Revelation chapter six. With everything that is happening I would be ready at any moment. How far could we be from our Blessed Hope?
One more thing and that is to say the world will have a logical explanation for the rapture. They will not say it was the Christian Rapture. The Bible says,"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie."2 Thessalonians 2:11.
I did the best I could in this article regarding Pentecost but I have been wrong before.I am not dogmatic but I can still say that we are very close.
For those of you that don't know anything about this subject and there are always a few, just remember the main theme. Time is running out. The world is already on borrowed time and we all have a personal responsibility before God to get right with His Son Jesus Christ.
Even if you don't understand many of the truths I wrote in this article, remember that Jesus Christ died a horrible death on the Cross because He loves you and does not want you to go through the seven year Tribulation period. God does not want you to go to Hell. Make that all important decision today to accept Jesus Christ into your heart as your very own Savior and Lord. Choose Salvation in Jesus Christ today because there may not be a tomorrow.
Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day so you could have victory in Him. He was victorious over sin and death so you would not have to die in your sins. If you are reading this article come to Jesus Christ right now and ask Him into your heart. Let Him be Savior and Lord in our life as we watch for His return daily. God bless your precious soul by reading His Word and praying to Him every day and let Jesus work through your spirit.
If Jesus were to return right now would you be ready? If there was any other answer but "Yes" such as "Well" or "I don't know" then make the right decision and ask Him into your heart today. Let Jesus be Lord in your life and be sure that His return is very soon. Maybe I will see you here, there or better yet in the air. I heard that saying going around and thought it was a pretty funny way to explain the reality of the rapture. I might see you on earth but I also may see you in heaven very soon.
God Bless,
Bob D.
Bob, you're not the only one that has thought that way I too have similar thoughts throughout the years.
"I will confess that throughout the years I jumped back and forth because both feast days (Pentecost and Rosh Hashanah) have overtones of the Church and the Rapture."
It sure would make sense for the Rapture to take place on Pentecost, as it's
the 4th feast, and the Rapture takes place in Revelation in Chapter 4, as well! Bob you may be unto something here, the more I read, the more it all makes good sense to me.
You wrote the following which caught my attention:
"Notice this whole transaction is three fold. This feast day could be three fold (Salvation, Rapture and Resurrection). This is why I believe Jesus Christ has yet to completely fulfill this feast day for His Church"
What an excellent summary and deduction, and what really caught my eye was the whole transaction is three fold (which I noted in red). The reason this stood out to me was the fact the Lord prompted me to do research back in Aug.21, 2011, on the number 3...I was totally obsessed with finding everything I possible could on this number because of it's great importance in scripture. Wow, I know now and understand why I was led to do so, for the Lord works so many things in threes, it's a given fact. Therefore,
Yes, it makes good sense that the Lord make 3 more reasons to do so when it involves the
Rapture.
Here's the link to my study on the number 3 as how I believe it may relate in some ways and manners to the Rapture; ...It really opened my mind to how important the number 3 is, to the Lord, and how the good Lord uses it to repeat it over and over again in patterns and in the things He has created.
This is the thread I wrote: "Is the number 3 a clue to the time or day of the Rapture?"

Bob you wrote the following
"I did the best I could in this article regarding Pentecost but I have been wrong before. I am not dogmatic but I can still say that we are very close"
Bob you did a great job, and I know you put a lot of thought, effort and time into it. Let's just say, we've all been wrong before, no one has been right, therefore, you need not worry. You wrote a good article, why you think there could be a Pentecost Rapture, with good reasons, and even scripture to back up some of your points. You have studied and have found yourself before the Lord to be approved, for you are warning the people of the lateness of the hour we're living in, and Jesus can come at any moment the Father wills the Lord to come!
None of us can honestly admit that we are dogmatic when it comes to the exact day or hour of the Rapture, but we can all say, that we are very close now, because we’ve been
watching for the signs of the Lord’s coming! Prophecy from scripture is coming to
pass at accelerated speed now.
Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, every single day. We know that Jesus is coming very soon. We may be right about Pentecost Rapture, or we may be wrong, but we can be sure and are right on, that Jesus is coming, so please come to Jesus if you haven’t done so already, and don't miss the Lord’s Coming at the Rapture for the world...if you do, you'll sorely regret it!
Maranatha!
Valerie
That was really really good Bob!
I was a bit perplexed about your saying Pentecost was only partly fulfilled, then you explained. Thank you.
Thank you Valerie and Mike for your encouragment.
You both raised issues that were different yet the same.
The idea that Pentecost may have a threefold transaction(Valerie)would tell me that for sure Pentecost was only partially fulfilled(Mike).
Bumping to the top, since we are in Pentecost.
Part One & Part Two, should be read in it's entirety together.
Bob, I'm going to copy and paste part 2 into part 1 thread to keep them together, as you go further into your explanation.
Look up our redemption draws nigh! Maranatha!
Valerie
Bob, that was such a good article you wrote. After reading, I understand now how Pentecost has not yet been fulfilled. The promise too of Joel and Acts, pouring out of God's Spirit, this sounds like such a generous and merciful outpouring.
About sleeping bears, I had one encounter once that I'll tell to encourage saints about the power of God to save, even today from peril. I was with my husband and a group of people at a mountainside, there was a valley between my husband, me, and others on the mountain. It was spring-summer, nice hot weather that day. There were groups of bears foraging, tearing into fallen logs for bugs, looking for food. My husband and I were standing on the edge of the valley, he with binoculars looking at the bears. The truck was a few feet (<10 feet) behind me and a bit to the left of me.
I heard a crack sound. Turning around, there was a bear (not grizzly) maybe 3-4 years old, standing up on its back legs looking at us (who were looking at the bears! God has a sense of humor) This bear was just on the other side of the truck near the hood of the vehicle. Ever have an oh ---- moment? I said my husbands name, there's a bear behind you. He turns and told me to get in the truck. I was so scared and remembered not to run. so I moved sideways, talking to the bear, and that bear watched me get in the truck without attacking! Then my husband got in and the bear never attacked the truck! It roamed around looking for berries, plants and bugs. We were with a group from my husband's work and many people watched.
So church, God is able to save. Why do some endure persecution and I got off scott free from being a lunch, I do not know. Only God has the answer. I do want you to know that God is able to save. Trust your life and if necessary your death to Him. His blessing and Holy Spirit be upon you all today.
Please God, if possible in Your will, take the church today to be home with You.
That is an amazing story Regina. You did the right thing. The worst action you could have taken was to run and panic. You would have been lunch.
I work outside in different places and have faced all different types of animals. They give you stuf to protect yourself but I have found that just makes it worse.
One day I walked a long way through very high trees. I went to walk back and there was the biggest dog I ever saw in my life blocking my way. He would not let me go out.
I have never seen this before but the dog was twice my size in height. I just started talking to the dog for five minutes really soft. I just pretended the dog was a person. He or she listened but did not move.
Well the gentle touch of my soft conversation finally convinced the dog to move to the side and let me go. Good doggy!
I pray the Lord comes very soon if not tonight too Regina but if He chooses to delay His return I have made peace with God and myself. He knows best and I just want His will to be done.
I noticed Jesus is drawing closer to me in my spirit and even breaking strongholds that have been beating me up for years.
All I can say is glory to God in the highest and keep looking up because our redemption draws very near!
Regina & Bob,
Oh wow Regina, isn't it awesome how the Lord can bring to mind in a split second of time what to do, for our safety. That was quite the experience you and your husband had.
Bob, your dog story, reminds me of the one I had, many years back when my children were young and in school. On a cold dark winter's night it was parents night and the kids were under the weather, so my husband stayed at home with them. I made my way on foot to school to speak with their teachers. Half way up the street, these 2 large dogs came running across the street to my side, on the right and left. It seemed out of nowhere as it was very dark, and cold night, no one on the street.
There they were standing on either side of me,their in attack mode, teeth showing, growling, and jumping up on me. The other one tugging at my pant leg. I stood up very straight, still, calm, assertive, and firmly told them get down now, and let go. The one on the right let go of my pant leg, and I kept on walking without any fear at all. They kept following me awhile and continued barking while I just walked away calming up the street. I don't know when they stopped following me, as I didn't turn around to look, nor did I run.
Instantly I knew exactly what to do, stay calm, assertive and confident, without showing any fear. All I can tell you, there is no way on earth I could have done this on my own, without any fear whatsoever. Also I didn't run, I walked away from my attackers. I knew God immediately brought to my mind what to do and say; Thanks be to God.
God Bless!
Valerie
Thanks be to God
Father we pray for Your promises of healing and deliverance for the body of Christ. It is written that Jesus bore our sorrows and by His stripes we are healed. Thank you God for providing, for comforting, for healing.
We pray for the body of Christ to be victorious over every attack, over every stumbling stone so that Jesus is glorified, we ask in His name. Amen
