THE END OF SUMMER IS NIGH.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, this story is one of an unfolding revelation that began in mid 2006. It may just be that the LORD showed me the answer to our question right at the beginning of a series of revelations, signs, studies, and instruction .
This is a bit of a long story, I will try to be as succinct as I can make it!

As a short personal background, I have always been a pre-trib believer, some 25 years now, and been interested in watching the Lord’s program for most of that time. I have been watching for the Rapture at Trumpets since 1998 and though I have briefly considered the possibility of other Feast days since reading on the net the last 3 years, my conviction has been fairly steadily on Trumpets as the time.

In mid 2006, the Lord began to tutor me in a deeper way (some of you will understand what I mean)

At that time, He drew my attention to the passage in Nehemiah 6:15, “So the wall was finished in the twenty and fifth day of the month Elul, in fifty and two days” ……………..

NEXT, He directed me to “go and look at 1 Peter 2:1ff” where Peter says, in v.5, “Ye also as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ”.

NEXT, He directed me to Revelation 21:9,10 where John describes his conversation with the angel , “Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the Holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God”.

The point that I was given to understand is that the completion of the Church is paralleled with the rebuilding of the city walls mentioned in Nehemiah, four days before the Feast of Trumpets.

In September 2006, on the 13th, I was praying with a friend and I saw a vision (I had NEVER had a vision before in 21 years of being a Christian)

What I saw that day was a very heavy steel gate, like you would see on a castle or fortress, tremendously heavy. Just observing it I could ‘feel” or ‘sense” the awesome weight it had some how. As I watched, the gate came down slowly and was suspended a short space from the ground where it hung for a time, but the immense weight of it was impressed on me. Suddenly it slammed down to the ground. I have come to call that vision “ THE STEEL GATE JUDGEMENT.”

It should be noted that the date was September 13th, 2006 or ELUL 20.

Then, from September 15-18th, that year I was caught up in a another vision of sorts where the Lord was speaking to me about HIS COMING FOR HIS BRIDE. It was very detailed, but one of the clearest statements that I still remember was “I am going to prepare My people for My Coming, and I am going to do it” In other parts of this vision He stated that there were things that would happen before that day, and I understood them at that time. (All attempts to share this with other than my children has met with blank looks or ridicule)

It should be noted that September 15-18th, 2006 was ELUL 22-25 inclusive, ending on that day ELUL 25, from Nehemiah 6:15.

>>Please understand, I understood that the LORD was sharing something very intimate with me, but the understanding and putting it together has been progressive and given in instalments over the intervening time. All Glory to Jesus Christ our Risen LORD.

One year later, exactly, on September 18th, I awoke and there appeared a semeion of ‘stars’ on my bedroom ceiling. It was as if the ceiling had been removed and I was looking at the night sky. There are no words to describe the awe I felt at this sight. The ‘stars’ were in a group and looked like a constellation but I did not know anything about astronomy back then! With trembling voice I said, “what is that Lord?” The one word answer came, “Pleiades”.
The only thing I knew about the name Pleiades was that it was in the book of Job somewhere. That very night I began to study Biblical Astronomy.
The semeion appeared regularly over the next 10 months and then it ceased. The day it ended was July 20th, 2008 (17th Tammuz, an ominous day for Israel in history- I was learning on the go)

Later in 2009 there were 2 more single appearances of the semeion and one in early 2010. I believe the dates are significant, but probably to Israel’s future and events in the Tribulation.

FAST FORWARD NOW TO THIS YEAR:

On August 14th, 2011, I had a short dream in which I saw CCC the Canterbury Rugby logo which looks like a stylised 666. The ‘picture’ of the logo was then repeated. I woke at 10:18 (a time that the LORD has consistently highlighted as a “marker” for the verse Luke 10:18 in which Jesus speaks of seeing Satan fall as “lightening from heaven”… a phrase that PP Simmons analysed as reading ‘Barak O Bama’ in the Hebrew rendering.

Well anyway, I pondered the meaning of this dream; I understood the reference to 666 and the antichrist but I felt that I was missing something. Indeed I was!
How gracious the LORD is with us when we are slow to understand.

3 days later I had another short dream in which I saw the word ELUL -ELUL-ELUL displayed three times. I awoke at 4:35 am that morning .. Strongs Hebrew word, H435: ELUL. And again at 4:52am. H452: ELIJAH.(the Raptured man)

Well, I thought, Elul is the 6th month, it’s a reference to 666 AND ELUL. So far so good, but I still wasn’t getting it fully.

Later that day, whilst watching the evening news, there was a story about some sheep that were going to be moved from a ship to a feed pasture in 2 days, (the Friday) and I nearly fell off my chair, when the lady in the story’s name was ELULL!

I still didn’t have all the pieces, but kept asking for more understanding.

On September 4th, I was resting, watching the World News after a very tiring day, and there came on a segment about the 1 year anniversary of the New Zealand quake , September 4th, 2010.
The entire segment was talking about CANTERBURY and the damage to that area.

Suddenly the penny dropped… The Lord was highlighting the DATE of the CHRISTCHURCH EQ 1 YEAR ago …
……………….September 4th, 2010 was ELUL 25 and may just be a 1 year warning on the Jewish calendar since this year (by Hebcal) had an extra month.

And not only that, but the TIME of the NZ 7.1 quake was… local time of 4:35am = H435 = ELUL!!!

I have previously written about the acronym that makes up the word ELUL , as have others here and on five doves site.
The first letters of the verse “I am to my beloved and my beloved is to me” or “ani ledodi v’dodi li” spell Elul.

FAST FORWARD TO SEPTEMBER 2011:
Using the same calendar that has been precise to all the revelations listed above, (Hebcal)

ELUL 25 is on Saturday (Sabbath) SEPTEMBER 24th, 2011, which begins at sunset on Friday SEPTEMBER 23rd.

I read that Summer finishes in Jerusalem on Friday September 23rd at 12:04 PM (Autumnal Equinox)

Further, sunset in Jerusalem on that day, Friday September 23rd,2011 is at 6:35PM and “the twinkling of an eye” is sometime between sunset and night in the twilight period approximately an hour or so after sunset, but determined that it is twilight while 2 stars are visible, and night when the 3rd star becomes visible.

It is exciting to me that the time 15:52 has been flashed at me numerous times of late and more importantly has featured on the times on the EQ lists this month.It is a pointer to 1 Corinthians 15:52 “ In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

(That is another story of itself, but if you want more encouragement check it out. I posted a couple of letters on 5 doves about how the Lord has been speaking very specifically to the Church through the words of Scripture as matched to the Strongs Hebrew and Greek words. It is truly amazing!)

And one more interesting point……

On Saturday, 24th September, 2011 (25 ELUL) in CHRISTCHURCH NZ at 4:35 am, it will be 7:35 PM on Friday, 23rd September, 1 hour after sunset and very close to “the twinkling of an eye” and the beginning of the Sabbath Day when the “day of rest begins”.

I would like to finish this post with the words of ;

HEBREWS 4:1-16.

“Let us therefore fear, lest a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it .For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered no tin because of unbelief: Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice ,harden not your hearts. For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Seeing then that we have an great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

MAY WE ENTER HIS GATES WITH THANKSGIVING AND HIS COURTS WITH PRAISE.

The last words before THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST are,

NOW UNTO HIM THAT IS ABLE TO KEEP YOU FROM FALLING, AND TO PRESENT YOU FAULTLESS BEFORE THE PRESENCE OF HIS GLORY WITH EXCEEDING JOY,

TO THE ONLY WISE GOD OUR SAVIOUR BE GLORY AND MAJESTY, DOMINION AND POWER, BOTH NOW AND FOREVER. AMEN
