Calvin, I had been looking at old posts about Hannukah and the 'end of watch' posts. Something about Hannukah is nagging at me. Please help if you can about numbers. Here goes:

Hannukah is always on the 9th month 25th day.
It falls in Dec, but its the "9th month, 25th day" that is nagging me this morning. I wonder if 9/25, Sept 25 will be significant; if lighting the 1st Hannukah candle this year will have a remembrance tie to events on 9/25. Hmmm, maybe God keeping the oil light lit until fresh can be brought (Jesus second coming?) Why is 9th month 25th day made significant;and the numbers for lighting a candle in the darkness? Now the Jewish people will be watching for the Lord to return during the 7 yr trib?
Its their watch now, a changing of the guard?

1st yr trib = 9mo 24d sunset 1st candle
to 9/25 2nd candle

2nd yr trib = 9/25
to 9/26 3rd candle

3rd yr trib = 9/26
to 9/27 4th candle

4th yr trib = 9/27
to 9/28 5th candle

5th yr trib = 9/28
to 9/29 6th candle

6th yr trib = 9/29
to 9/30 7th candle

7th yr trib 9/30
to 10/1 (1Tevet) 8th candle

1 candle for each yr of tribulation and 8th for Lords second coming? 9/24sunset to 10/1 sunset significant and foreshadowed by Hannukah numbers?

For YEARS I've said that, if you want to understand
SIMPLY what is going on at the time of the RAPTURE,
just look at Revelation 12. It is SOOOOO SIMPLE!!!

I've written it probably a hundred times.....

Revelation 12 is a "picture" of the time of the rapture.

...Israel (the woman of Revelation 12) is "in labor
...pain" (distress from "pressures" of the world being
...put onto her). There is a "figure" waiting "at her
...feet" (the Arab presence) to destroy her. This is
...the sign of Scorpio which has its two claws aimed
...at her feet to GRAB the "child" and destroy him.
...This "Scoprion" represents those who ACTUALLY HATE
..."TRUTH" and would prefer to just dominate this world
...with their own mouths. NOW, as we see MUCH more
...clearly with the election of one who was RAISED
...among Islam whose actual "heart's desire" is
...to DOMINATE (Islam means "SUBMISSION").

...We can ACTUALLY "SEE" the "PROPHETIC PICTURE" being
..."DEVLOPED". Islam MUST do AWAY with "the child" who
...represents the "Christians". Islam HATES the mother
...of the "child", Israel, as well. The GREATEST enemy
...of TOTAL falsehood is TOTAL Truth and this "child"
...has come to "believe" in TOTAL TRUTH because Jesus
...is the "TRUTH". The "child" represents those who
...have read and "believed" the scriptures written by
...the Jewish Patriarchs (the woman, Israel). The child
..."ESCAPES" (is SNATCHED UP), thus leaving Israel to
...RUN AWAY from her tormentors because, as yet, she has
...NOT (corporately, as a nation) "believed" on Jesus.

The above is ALL in Revelation 12 (below). Period.

This is ALSO shown in Micah 7.

Micah 7 shows "Israel" is very upset about "something".
Of course, America is her BEST friend ONLY because of
the "CHRISTIANS". When they who LOVE Israel are "SWEPT
AWAY" by the "RAPTURE", Israel is VERY SAD at her fate!!

they will "HAVE TO" come "ONLY" to Him!!!!!!!!!!

"WHY?" would that be important "NOW"!!!!???

Because on "THIS" YEAR [from Mark W's post LINK ] THE MOON
WILL BE "AT THE FEET" of Virgo JUST as in Revelation 12
on Rosh Hashanah!!!

The seven churches being represented by each of the candles.

Remember the warning to one of the churches about the removal of the candle stick? plus there are seven of them.... plus Sept 25th sounds like a good day for the rapture

Hi Linda (and all),I didn't mean to exclude your thoughts; I had been reading an old post from Calvin about (a mix of things) Hannukah, watching between 3am and 10am, lights out coming, I Am coming.
The dates of Hannukah were stuck in my head this morning, not December, but the numbers, wondering if the numbers are significant i.e. Hannukah maybe "light" on another event.

The 7 churches are represented by the candles in Revelation. The Hannukiah has 9 candles though. There is a servant light that lights the others and there are 8 candles for 8 evenings.

There are 7 churches in Revelation chapters 1-3. There are 7 golden candlesticks with Christ standing in the midst of them Rev 1:12-13
The temple menorah has seven branches as does the candleabra in Revelation.

Why 8 candles to Hannukah. I know the story of the oil lasting. I just wonder if there is another meaning to Hannukah. Christ Himself keeping the "oil" light lit through tribulation with the remnant being saved. Maybe the last light lit representing when Christ returns to earth with a "fresh supply" for life and light?

Last year, 12/13/03 to be exact....it was right before the Mel Gibson
movie "The Passion of the Christ" was released. As a matter of fact,
I was not even aware at the time that the movie was even in production.
Anyway, here is the dream......
I was in a huge parking lot at a mall. I happened to look up and saw a
huge billboard. A message was written upon it in bright white lights.
(I made note of the fact that this was 7 days before the beginning of
Chanukah ,"The Festival of Lights".) The message read "Yahnunah is
coming!" Beneath it in red lettering it said WATCH....3 AM to 10AM...
Then I woke up.

From 3 AM to 10 AM is “7” hours. Could this have a deeper meaning of “7” years? NOTE that her dream was “7” days prior to Hanukkah. I also find it interesting that Peg used the word, "RELEASED", as well when referring to this movie!!! ("The Passion of Christ")

I remembered the gamma ray burst of Jan 23, 1999, largest one seen and it can be found on Hubble.
From Jan 23, 1999 to Dec 20, 2011 which is the first evening to light a candle for Hanukkah; Kislev 24; 9th mo 24th day of the month it is 4715 days (from timeanddate.com).

7 days before Hanukkah is Dec 13 this year.

I hope we are with the Lord before then, but if not, or for those who are here, perhaps it would help them know what is going on. The GRB was a huge light turned on (saying pay attention to God!). The miracle of oil lasting for Hanukkah was saying pay attention to God! Trust in God not people or your own supply.
