The freezing method I described works really well. I don't think you'll be disappointed in the results. I haven't tried dusting them with flour before freezing. Sounds like that would work very well. However, I like mine best sauteed in butter with salt, pepper and garlic, without flour on them, so that really wouldn't work for me. Hope you have a good year and find enough to fill the freezer!
