Once again I raise my head above the parapet. I make no comment in regard to the alleged charges. But I have concerns as the circumstances of the arrest. I cannot see why Ben Robert_Smith could have simply been told to attend a local police station to have the matter attended to . It is Also suspicious that the media happened be on site ‘ during the apprehension . it leads me to suspect that the aesthetics of the process was the purpose here ‘ when a simple phone call to his residence would have sufficed . Once again we see the media arranging things (IMO) to belittle and malign our military …I think this thing could have been better done .
