Searching photos of my dad John Scales

Hi everyone,

My dad John Fredrick Scales was in 5 RAR 1966 till 72. Training a couple years before that

He did 2 tours to Vietnam.

I'm trying to find photos of him while in the army.

Any ideas how I can locate photos of him?

Army no' 2412308

DOB: 16/10/1943

Appreciate any info and or photos.

Barb, I will send a copy of your request to the Officer who commanded your Dad's sub-unit in 5 RAR to see if he can help with your request. We have not heard from John since the Battalion returned to Australia, is he doing alright?
