Praise God because He made the world and all there is!
Praise God because He keeps His word!
This morning I was reading Psalm 114 and 83, prayers to God about delivering Israel.
Psalm 114, Jordan will be driven back, mountains will skip away.
What ails them? Could it be they flee at the presence of the Lord of Hosts?

The Lord is glorious and powerful and mighty to save.
He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep!

Psalm 114
1 When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;

2 Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.

3 The sea saw it, and fled: Jordan was driven back.

4 The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.

5 What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?

6 Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?

7 Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;

8 Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

God has a battle plan

Psalm 83
1 (A Song or Psalm of Asaph.) Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.

2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.

3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.

4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.

5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:

6 The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;

7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;

8 Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.

9 Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:

10 Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth.

11 Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:

12 Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.

13 O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.

14 As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;

15 So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.

16 Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.

17 Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish:

18 That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

I wonder if the "Hidden Ones" in Psalms 83:3 are the "Raptured" out ones.

Julie, I wonder also, if the "hidden ones " are the ones who are "hidden in Christ", i.e. they take counsel against Christians making plans to do away with them, or if "hidden ones" refers to the two witnesses.
Perhaps those taking council are aware of the bible text about two witnesses coming and so they take council about how to stop them or kill them.
God's "hidden ones" though are surely spiritually secure. Hidden in Christ- saved, or two witnesses hidden until the time comes and protected by God physically until the time comes, or whoever the hidden ones are, they are not in chaos but in the will and plan of God Himself.
