a) There are 49 albums listed here. Is there one missing, to make it an even 50?
b) Are the albums below the top 15 actually listed as being tied for #16?

If I could look these up on my own, I would, but try Googling "Blow-Up" sometime and see how far -you- get. Thanks in advance!

The albums listed as #16 are all tied, but actually in the magazine aren't listed. They're like "bubbling under". I checked and they're 49. I think they listed only the albums which received votes from the staff
