Re: Artrocker magazine - The 100 Greatest Art Rock Tracks

RollingBob
It was actually compiled by the writers, advisors & readers.
I wonder how much input there was from readers in this poll. It surely doesn't look very "readerish". Maybe it was only suggestions from readers and not a poll that included readers.

Moreover, I found this page
http://www.artrocker.tv/features/article/the-100-greatest-ever-artrocker-tracks-spotify-playlist
where they write about the list as if it is truly the staff's own:
"Our 100th Issue special 'The 100 Greatest Ever Artrock Tracks' caused a few arguments in the office and have since caused a few amongst yourselves. While we can of course claim that nobody outside Artrocker Towers can truly know what an "Artrock" track is, since we have our own definition for a word we feel we had a lot to do with the popularisation of, we of course respect your opinions and appreciate your outrage. Maybe in hindsight we'd have looked at things a little differently, but probably not because that's kinda not how we do things."

So, no Marshal Mathers and no College Dropout, but Madvillainy and LCD Soundsystem. And Boxer, yay.
