I thought I'd start this thread now and let it run for the whole last two weeks of voting, because for the first time in a while we'll be voting on albums most people here have heard of.
Since only three wild card albums get in, you can give points to three albums. They will be scored 10-7-5. You can rank all ten of them if you want, but beyond three votes will only be used as tiebreakers.
Tiebreakers will work like this: If you gave points to both albums, points to the one you gave less to will be dropped. If after that there is still a tie, people who did not give points to either album will put a vote toward whichever they ranked higher. If after that there is still a tie, the album that originally got more points will win. If after that there is still a tie, I beg one of my music-loving friends to cast a tiebreaker vote.
