One of the best videos of all time, by the way. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be available on YouTube at the moment. The video was a 3 1/2-minute close-up of a phonograph playing the song, with (if memory serves) occasional glimpses of the hand of the cigarette-smoking guy sitting there listening to it.

I recall Beavis and Butthead watching that video once--my first exposure to it.
