Im glad I was recently introduced to australian indie garage rock gods. The Drones fill some wierd voide between The Velvet Underground, The Flying Burrito Brothers, and Pearl Jam...lol. ITs great stuff, His voice, The music, it all feels organic and filled with life. Its the kind of rock music you want to listen to while climbing a wet muddy hill (If that makes sense)..lol. Its tragic, its bold, it's beautiful. This album will surely give them the credit they deserve.
