Because their second album isn't out in the US yet, and unlike the Kanye West one I actually want it.

I fully expect Q Tip or Kanye to win, but I have Q Tip and probably won't want Kanye.

The new Kanye is getting some good early reviews. The thing is, almost none of them have been from STEFAN's sources. And since it's gonna be out on the 24th, I doubt there will be enough reviews by the end of the month for it be that high.
