3: Good Day Sunshine: a really nice pop song penned by pop wizard Paul McCartney, but it get my vote for being too purposely imitative. Yes, you guessed it, Brian Wilson, who else?
2: Savoy Truffle: strong sounds (the guitars and of course the full sound of the brass!!) but weak lyrics.
2: Please Please Me: the first number one of The Fab Four was a good song but maybe too simple comparing with what came later.
1: I'm Looking Through You: a great song, it gets the vote for the quite bland beat with the hand-claps. I prefer the first attempts (listen “Anthology”), slower, rawer and more bluesy (or it was mixolydian?).
1: I'm so Tired: I like the “tired” and crawling beat that fits the lyrics so perfectly. And the anxiety of Lennon sounds so sincere. Why vote for it? I suppose that I prefer the rest of the songs. Oh, Lord, it’s so hard to find the negative aspects of such great songs. I'm sooo tired…

I relistened to "Magical Mystery Tour" and was going to put it at the top this week, luckily I didn't have to. "Savoy Truffle" and "I'm a Loser" are added simply because I can't remember them right now which makes me think they're dull and/or innocuous. And thanks for all the comments on the last thread about "Walrus". I tried, but I still don't like it (not like it will be voted off any time soon).
