I either should get this out way before or way after Megacritic. Out of impatience I chose before. So, here.
For those who haven't seen previous posts, this is a formula that eliminates skew by not considering averages. A win means, when an album is compared against another with at least ten reviews in common, more critics rated it higher than it's opponent. Rankings are done by a formula that gives an advantage to those with more reviews, but still boosts up albums with fewer reviews but with wins over high ranked albums.
1. Portishead - Third (64-1-1)
2. Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago (58-1-0)
3. Nick Cave - Dig Lazarus, Dig!!! (61-3-0)
4. Vampire Weekend - Vampire Weekend (53-7-6)
5. Los Campesinos! - Hold On Now, Youngster (47-9-3)
6. Drive By Truckers - Brighter Than Creation's Dark (45-8-3)
7. British Sea Power - Do You Like Rock Music? (48-11-6)
8. Hercules And Love Affair - s/t (31-2-1)
9. Erykah Badu - New Amerykah (31-5-1)
10. Sun Kil Moon - April (36-9-4)
11. No Age - Nouns (36-14-6)
12. Elbow - The Seldom Seen Kid (30-9-3)
13. Why? - Alopecia (26-10-5)
14. Destroyer - Trouble In Dreams (34-16-8)
15. Black Mountain - In The Future (36-18-9)

Albums not in the top 20, but whose raw percentage suggests more reviews would bring them up into the top 20:
