New York Dj's the Rub host a radio show on Brooklyn Radio called "history of hip-hop 1979-99" the list is long, but I think it should be included in AM. Anyway, it's interesting for those who want to dig in hip-hop history.
Another question : I'm reading Charlie Gillett's "Sound of the City" about eraly rock'n roll (1954-71) and there's a great list of songs in the end, but I don't know if they were already addes to the critics lists
