See, I told you these lists were coming out too quick. Burial's Untrue came out this week and guess what? It's the #1 album on Metacritic. It's a great album by the way.

It seems like a great year for electronic music, 4 out of the metacritic top 6 is electronic.

Burial isn't really electronic. It's UK Grime.

My pet peeve are albums and movies that come out late in the year. Postpone it to January and see how the longevity of the acclaim lasts. When you release something in December you're asking to be put on everyone's year end list. It's a cop out.

To be really precise, 'Untrue' is a dubstep album. But whatever you call it, it is phenomenal.

Outstanding album, one of the years best.

It's the #1 on metacritic, but only 10 reviews are in. Hasn't had time to regress toward the mean yet.

Not saying it won't stay #1, but statistically it'll probably come down a bit.

(It is a really good album though, will probably be on my year end list).
