Bought after school today and best 25 dollars I have spent since In Utero. It is currently A 95 on Metacritic, a score it deserves. Dylan is THE GREATEST ever.

Best album since... The Dresden Dolls or Hail To The Theif

Only given it one listen so far, and while it's good, I'm not overly impressed at this point. I don't think it's nearly as good at 'Love and Theft.' But it will require more listening.

However, the more pressing issue here is the fact that you actually paid $25 for a CD. Hopefully that was Canadian or Australian dollars, otherwise you were ripped off, no matter how much you liked the CD.

Canadian money's worth as much as US nowadays.

I hope the album's great. There are plenty of Dylan albums I have yet to hear but there's always room for more!

"Modern Times" is basically "Love and Theft" part II, which is not a bad thing at all. It is unquestionably on the short list of the best albums of the year.
