Stylus magazine has some of the most assholish critics out there. They are worse than Pitchfork and use overly complex language in their reviews to try to appear heads and shoulders more intelligent than the average reader. But what good do your words do when they can't understand you? They gave a lot of their entries low grades previously, and now they rank high on their list. i.e. Kanye West - Late Registration: C+ It ranks #6 on their year end list.
I completely disagree. Late Registration is without question one of the year's finest albums. There's nothing remotely average about the music or its maker.
