Why do so many people - including music websites, which should know better - seem to be convinced that the album is titled Bon Iver, Bon Iver? It's simply a self-titled album, correct? Isn't it Bon Iver, by Bon Iver?

According to many websites, the album title is "Bon Iver, Bon Iver".

According to www.boniver.org, it is even "Bon Iver, Bon Iver".

The name is derived from the French "Bon Hiver" = "Good Winter", so maybe the title means "Good Winter, Bon Iver"?

There's been a huge discussion on this subject on wikipedia as well, but as I see it Justin Vernon has said the album title is Bon Iver, Bon Iver on his Twitter. Seems to me like the artist will know what he called his album.
