Trout Mask Replica is definitely one of the 15 or 20 best. Still completely original, and appropriately ranked. And even if you don't like it, don't entirely write off Captain Beefheart--at lease give the less-experimental Safe As Milk a listen.
I haven't heard about ten of them, so I'm not going to list the worst, but The Joshua Tree, Murmur, Back in Black, Appetite for Destruction, The White Album, Rumours, and the two Band albums certainly rank among the bottom few for me.

I'm sure there are plenty of worse albums out there. I tend not to listen to stuff I feel I won't like, but this top 100 project has made me do just that! I'm sure if I listened to tons of Backstreet Boys, Creed and Beyonce albums, most of these would fall out of my bottom 10. The inconsistencies between the ranks here and the ratings at RYM suggest that I need to adjust my ratings at RYM - the ranks were determined according to my ranking algorithm, so they should be fairly accurate.
Edit: I actually see that 2 of those 9 albums I've rated 1 star or below aren't in my ranking list. So bump AC/DC to spot #3 and the rest to #5, #6, #8 and #11.
Today's random choice of unheard albums in the top 100 was (What's the Story) Morning Glory? Holy hell, was it as obnoxious as I expected. It certainly ranks below Blonde on Blonde, Revolver and Who's Next at the very least.

While I disagree with you on the two Beatles albums and Arcade Fire, I find it interesting that you are even less impressed with Dummy than I am, yet others place this album in their top 5. For me there are three reasonably enjoyable songs on Dummy, including: Sour Times, Glory Box and It's a Fire. The songs I find not worth listening to include: Biscuit, Mysterious and Wandering Star.
Not surprisingly, we disagree on this.
Horses could easily have made my bottom five on a different day.
There is only one song that I care for on the album, Gloria.
I find the following songs more annoying than enjoyable: Redondo Beach, Kimberly, Break It Up and Elegie.

I love Ramones quite a bit, and it fits more naturally with what I like. But Horses is just so powerful. The 3 songs you mention are my favorite, although the order is slightly different for me. "Land" is tops, followed by "Birdland" in my book. But "Free Money" is quite the rush of escapism, "Kimberly" is sweet and alluring, "Elegie" is a fittingly morose closer after "Land", "Break It Up" is another thrilling rocker and "Redondo Beach" is pure sapphic revelry. Patti injects it all with brilliant lyrics and a tone that varies from soft and vulnerable to raging, violent and dangerous. It's really a masterful release in my eyes.

Why do so many of you not like Screamadelica? It's one of the few albums that I love every single piece of, and I find it so fun to listen to. I like all of the albums in the top 100, but those last five just don't do anything special for me.

These are not bad albums, i'd just place them among the 100-500 zone. Funeral is dangerously overrated and i'm a fan. Joshua Tree is not even a top 3 U2 album for me. I see Guns inside of the top 100 because of their commercial success. Grace and Nevermind were overrated because of Kurt's and Jeff's respective deaths. There were much stronger albums in the 90s. (In the Alternative Rock field give me Doolittle and other mid to late-80s masterpieces over Nevermind anyday.). Also, Horses or Beefheart over any of them anyday. Patti Smith was a poet gone (proto) punk rocker and there aren't many artists like that, regardless of male or female. Beefheart went places no one would and no one did till this day. They deserve to have a high placing landmark.

Those are unranked, but "Hotel California" is definitely the worst of the bunch.
After looking at the top 100 for the first time in a while, I think the most surprising inclusion is "Ghost Town" and the most surprising omission-by far-is "Gimme Shelter." In the top 200, I'd say "Relax" is the most puzzling and "Tangled Up in Blue" is the strangest omission.

I guess that's more of a influence vs. quality debate. While I have no doubt in my mind that they are really good songs, I feel that they mainly get acclaim because of their overwhelming influence (i.e. being the "foundation of rock music"). There are many songs that are the foundation of rock in my top 100 songs, such as "That'll be the Day", "Heartbreak Hotel", "Tutti Frutti", and "Hound Dog". That being said, I wouldn't consider any of the songs I listed as some of the "worst" of the top 100 songs to be near the level of those aforementioned songs. But I guess it's just a matter of personal taste.
