After deleting the songs that weren't from 2008 (according to your sources which I think are correct) the results would look like this (I moved everything up and checked if poster had voted more than 20 songs and gave points to songs that made to their top 20).
I think Santogold is leading in the tie-breaker now and after this really hope she will win.
