Damn it, I screwed up again. Those were the endangered artists from last week. And of course, I deleted the tallies from last week already so, I can't even say who's supposed to be there.
(and well, after that in my list are Sam, Curtis, Otis, James, Aretha and Sly which I guess could seem suspicious, but should not ! And I might insert Lou Reed somewhere inbetween)
Everyone seems afraid to vote out the soul/R&B artists.
To respond to my own observation, I realized that this game isn't measuring our most-liked artists, but rather our least disliked artists. No one really dislikes classic soul/R&B music, so these artists have rolled through to the top 40 with little opposition.
