Bowie... 40 years of great music, best stretch early 70's...
BoDeans... Milwaukee bias, but great band...
Browne... Gramm had a couple of good songs... but...
Keane... Another great band...
Sugar... Hate Styx, really enjoy 'Copper Blue'...
Gin Blossoms...
SFA... Wolfmother had a great album, SFA had 4 or 5...
T. Rex... One of my favorite bands of the 70's...
#1 David Bowie - wow, Suzanne Vega only a #16?? That's a tough draw...gotta be one of the best #16s we've seen (Sufjan Stevens is another)
#8 BoDeans - "Closer to Free", great song
#5 Jackson Browne - "Midnight Blue" was a good song, "Just Between You and Me" wasn't that good, and what else has Lou Gramm done? Not enough to earn a #12. My favorite Jackson Browne tune was "You're a Friend of Mine", with Clarence Clemons.
pass
#3 Styx - "Mr. Roboto"
#6 Gin Blossoms - "Allison Road", one of my all time favs
pass
#2 T. Rex
Today's favorite: Styx? Not a huge Bowie fan
Today's favorite I didn't vote for: Suzanne Vega
