Rock's Back Pages EOD Albums List

Earlier, I posted a list of the albums the staff sent out to their writers. These 90 writers then voted and came up with an aggregate list as presented here.

They also allow you to look at the individual lists here, where it is evident that they made a mistake! They only counted LCD Soundsystem's Sound of Silver 5 times, although it appears on 6 ballots.

I'm not sure how Henrik wants to handle this- I'm happy to add up the votes myself and present the "correct" list, but I believe in previous instances where mistakes have been found, the published list is used, mistakes and all.

Re: Rock's Back Pages EOD Albums List

I submitted a comment about their error, and they've bumped Sound of Silver up to the next group.

Re: Rock's Back Pages EOD Albums List

Aw, crap. I accidentally closed the editing tab I left open to edit the list and my 60 minutes are up as well. Oh well, easily updated I suppose.

Re: Rock's Back Pages EOD Albums List

Also, Stephan, the last grouping of albums that begins with HEARTBREAKER should be labeled as tied for #135, not #136. And RBP miscounted - the list page says there are 177 albums, but it's actually 176.

Of course I meant GOLD above, not HEARTBREAKER.
