It has all these other genres, but then it has an another titled "Best Pop Albums of the Decade," that looks to be an overall list, but that is different than the top 25 above, that includes some on that top 25, but not all (and some that ranked higher than others on this list do not even appear- odd)

Christian albums: http://blog.rhapsody.com/2009/12/christianalbums.html

Any Decisions...

on this? It has all these genre lists, and then that "Best Pop Albums of the Decade," which looks to include all genres- but that conflicts with how albums appear in the genres list.

I would include the genres lists over the one questionably titled "Best Pop Albums of the Decade." That, or include that one and give albums from the genre lists not included in that one a "No Order" listing. Just my few cents. :)

Re: Any Decisions...

Alright, now I had a closer look at this, and I wonder if you've all missed the "master list", Rhapsody's 100 best albums of the decade?

http://blog.rhapsody.com/2009/12/bestalbumsofthedecade.html

That one, along with the 25 best albums of 2009 posted above by JR, are the ones that should be included in the spreadsheets I think. The top 100 tracks of the decade has already been included.

Thanks! That clears things up. I'll add the top 100 to the EOD as soon as I can.

The One I Posted Above...

is the Top Pop Albums of the Decade. I made reference to the master list, and how there are albums on there that rank lower on the genre lists than albums that do not appear on the overall/master list? Does that make sense? hehe

For instance, Christina Aguilera's #100- but look at her rank on the pop list I posted. There are albums ranked above Back to Basics on the Pop list, that are not on the overall top 100 list. Odd.
