I'm tempted to tweek it, but I'll resist the temptation.

Unlike most Springsteen fans on this forum, I'm struggling to get into his albums released between 1975 and 1980. To my ears they sound a bit overblown. It's only when he tones down the testosterone levels on the superb Nebraska that my appreciation starts. Anyway, here's my top 10:
