I've straightened a couple of forks from a sideways impact by :- Draw a straight line down a table top and line up the top central grease nipple and the centre of the mudguard support on the line. Then I measured each way from the bottom of the forks to the line. Then just use a vice and bend the legs cold to the prescribed distances. The left side is wider to accommodate the speedo drive.
