Indian 741 - Interesting Wartime Photos

Hey folks
I found these interesting photos on the Norwegian Indian Club's website.

Great reference for restorations.

First,
An Indian 741 in its shipping crate from the US. Note the Goodyear Sport Special tyres.

These photos are used in the Set Up Instructions manual, for building them from the crate. Note the Firestone ANS tyres - replicas of these tyres are still produced today.

Indian 741's being unloaded at the port of Casablanca, North Africa - 1942. Firestone ANS tyres fitted to the bikes.

US Military Police Jeep and Indian 741 somewhere in France. Very rare to see American usage of Indians as they primarily used the Harley WLA. Does anyone know what the tank number and mudguard markings are? Another note - the brake lever is fitted to the left side. (most photos I've seen of British/Commonwealth used bikes have the lever on the right side.)
Again, Firestone ANS tyres visible here.

Lastly,
French soldiers (MP?) riding 741's on escort duty. Note the unusual leg shields and markings. Brake lever on right side.

If anyone has more wartime photos I'd love to see them.
Thanks
