John the early bikes had a clamp. Here is my original with part number. The rest of the stand, apart from the clips are same as Ariel W/NG.
I had some clamps made (no longer available) Edwin has a pair on loan and is attempting to make some I think.

It seems mine has a cast lug on it & what I think is an aftermarket side stand
I’ll send you photos
It also has rear pillion pegs - am wondering if my rear frame could be 3hw
