The last military WD/CO contract was S/3357. Enfield was still building this contract when the war was finally over in 1945. It was decided that the production had to stop after 1.500 of the contracted 5.000 bikes had been built. The remaining bikes were cancelled.
Enfield decided to build approximately 3.500 civilian "Model CO" bikes with the now obsolete parts for this contract. Nearly all these bikes were sold on the export market (it was the "export or die" period...).
Frame number 33614 was one of these bikes. It was despatched from the factory on October 8th 1946, destination "Breslau, Brussels". Breslau had been a Royal Enfield dealer since the pre war days:

I am impressed...wat a answer and so precious...big tanks for the research work for the starting point of my resurrection work.
So I am going to search the missing parts, whit the pictures is a piece easily for choosing a direction for the restoration work.
